The cloud management platform was built for teams and customers to manage accounts, monitor usage, and control access. Over time, it became difficult to scale due to a cluttered interface, inconsistent design, and lack of user-friendly workflows or a centralized design system.
Goal
To create a simpler, more intuitive user experience by redesigning key workflows and improving navigation. The focus was on enhancing existing features, introducing new functionality seamlessly, and building a scalable design system with a unified style guide to ensure consistency across the platform.
